Dialogue, Collaboration, and Shared Commitment Towards Addressing Child Hunger
On 5th May 2026, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai attended a purposeful private dinner in Los Altos, California, hosted by Michelin Star-rated Master Manish K Tyagii, bringing together distinguished leaders and philanthropists from the Bay Area.
A Partnership That Took Root
The gathering marked an important milestone the first event following the formal partnership between the One World One Family Mission Foundation and Share Our Strength, an organisation that has impacted millions of lives through its mission to end childhood hunger and poverty. The evening was graced by Ms Debbie Shore, Co-founder of Share Our Strength, who spoke about the transformative power of partnerships, philanthropy, and collective action in creating scalable impact for vulnerable children worldwide.
Voices from the Table
Mr Sai Prasad Ivaturi reflected on three years of engagement with Share Our Strength and shared how the alignment of vision and sustained effort led to the establishment of this meaningful partnership, focused on expanding morning nutrition initiatives for children.
Mr Anand Kumar Kadali spoke about the impact of the Morning Nutrition Programme across India and emphasised the importance of building an ecosystem that supports children’s nutrition, health, and learning outcomes through collaborative action.
From 10 Million to 20 Million
Discussions across the evening highlighted an ambitious and achievable vision: expanding the Morning Nutrition Mission from serving nearly 10 million children across India to reaching 20 million children over the next two years. This scale of growth, grounded in proven partnerships and community infrastructure, represents one of the most significant expansions in the programme’s history.
One Family, One Mission
During the interaction, Sadguru shared how the philosophy of One World One Family is rooted in the belief that humanity must come together in compassion and service. He emphasised that nutrition forms the foundation of education and healthcare, and that no child should begin the day hungry.
The evening served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen partnerships, reflect on the journey so far, and explore future collaborations, to build a healthier, more nourished future for children across the world.
