Educates an orphaned child for a month

Active since: 2024
One World One Family Mission is active in Lebanon through volunteers of Messengers of Love. Since August 2024, the team has focused on service to humanity without discrimination. Its work supports people and families through nutrition, healthcare, education and community service.
Here are a few ways in which we serve
Through the Feed the World initiative, volunteers regularly provide meals to people in need. Nutrition support also includes monthly meals for nursing homes, ongoing food baskets for families experiencing hardship, and bread for households in need. Birthday cakes and gifts are also provided to orphan girls, helping them celebrate their special day with care and joy.
Healthcare support includes financial assistance for surgeries, as well as medicines and vitamins for elderly people in need. This practical assistance helps people access essential treatment and care during times of difficulty.
Human values development classes are held weekly for children aged 5 to 13. Educational sessions are also provided for parents to raise awareness of the benefits of values-based education.
The programme also encourages young people to embrace selfless service, inspiring them to dedicate their time and energy to helping others with love and devotion. Scholarships are provided to students in need.
Community support includes artistic performances at nursing homes, financial assistance for orphans, widows and families experiencing hardship, and help with school registration and transport costs for children.
Clothing, footwear and blankets are also provided to people in need, helping families meet essential needs and cope with difficult circumstances.
