One World One Family has a growing presence across the United States, carried forward by a network of member organisations and volunteers working in healthcare, education, nutrition and community support. From medical centres and scholarship programmes to weekly food drives and nationwide awareness tours, the Mission’s work in the US reflects the same principle that guides it everywhere: service offered freely, to anyone who needs it.
Here are a few ways in which we serve

The Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Medical Centre in Clarksdale, Mississippi, provides free comprehensive primary and specialty care, including X-ray, ECG and MRI services. Annual free medical camps in Southern California have treated more than 2,600 patients, offering dental, vision, immunisation and primary care. The Mission also supports the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals in India through screenings, surgeries, medical equipment, doctors and staff.

Value Educating the World translates values-based education materials into handbooks for students and teachers, supporting the wider Each One Educate One initiative. The US Academy for Human Excellence offers transformative educational programming for teachers, children, parents and communities, while an afterschool programme in Clarksdale, Mississippi, combines values-based learning with healthy meals for middle and high school students.

Weekly food service projects serve more than 2,000 meals each week across multiple states. The Annapoorna Breakfast Programme, run by partner organisations, supports daily nutrition for children in India.

Volunteers across the US run hygiene-kit distributions and winter blanket drives throughout the year. Through Happy Hats for Healing Hearts, more than 1,000 handmade hats have been gifted to cardiac patients in India and Fiji. A 30-city nationwide concert tour, alongside events featuring cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar, has helped inspire volunteers and donors across the country.
Three member organisations support the Mission's work across the United States, each focused on different aspects of healthcare, education and nutrition.

One World One Family Foundation coordinates and promotes Mission activities across the United States, connecting volunteers, donors and the wider community to the global network of more than 100 nations.

Divine Will Foundation, established in 2013, supports societal and personal transformation through healthcare, education, nutrition and human development, with active projects in the US, India, Fiji, Nigeria and Sri Lanka.

Education for All provides free quality education to rural children regardless of background, including food and shelter for those who need it, through the Mission's global education work.
