Today, 4.6 billion people cannot access basic health services when they need them.
Over 2 billion face financial ruin just to see a doctor. In rural communities across the world, families travel for hours, borrow beyond their means, or simply stay home when illness strikes, turning treatable conditions into lifelong disability or death.
We believe no one should choose between healthcare and survival.

From remote villages in India to underserved communities in Mississippi, One World One Family Mission is building healthcare as it should be accessible, excellent, and driven by compassion, not commerce.
span multispeciality centres across India, a paediatric heart hospital in Fiji, Cath lab interventions in Sri Lanka, speciality facilities in Nigeria and Mississippi (USA), plus dialysis and dental clinics in Malaysia. Every bed, scan, surgery: completely free.
reaches 40+ countries with mobile camps serving Syrian refugees, eldercare in Singapore, cataract surgeries in Nigeria, heart screenings across Pacific islands, and more, proving one world, one family, one standard of healing.
From life-saving paediatric heart surgeries to safe deliveries for mothers, from multi-speciality hospital care to primary wellness centres in remote villages, we provide world-class healthcare completely free to those who need it most.

Healthcare as it should be accessible, excellent, and free for all who need it.
There are no billing counters, no payments, no conditions. Healthcare is delivered with dignity, ensuring compassion replaces commerce in every interaction.
Free doesn’t mean second-rate. We operate with state-of-the-art equipment and international medical teams because quality healthcare is a right, not a luxury.
We build where healthcare is scarce – rural India, tribal heartlands, and low-access regions of Africa and the Americas. Our mission prioritises those forgotten by conventional systems.
We treat each patient as family. Our hospitals provide nutritious meals, emotional support, and environments designed for healing, not just treatment.
What we do
We run one of the world’s most extensive paediatric cardiac missions, providing free heart surgeries and interventions for children with congenital heart disease.
Centres in India and Fiji serve patients across Asia, Africa and the South Pacific (including Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Vanuatu), supported by international surgical teams.

Our mother and child hospitals and programmes in India, Australia and other regions provide safe deliveries, prenatal and postnatal care, neonatal intensive care, child nutrition and emotional support.
From high risk deliveries in rural India to wellness and mental health support for mothers in Australia, we focus on giving every mother and baby the best possible start in life.

Our flagship Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (SMSIMSR) in India is a free, teaching multispeciality hospital offering integrated care across General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, ENT & Head-Neck Surgery, Ophthalmology, Respiratory Medicine, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Cardiology, Dentistry, Emergency Medicine, Pain Relief, Anaesthesiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Dialysis, Palliative Care, Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery, Immunology, Genomics, and Robotic Surgery in CTVS and Orthopaedics.
Along with SMSIMSR, our multispeciality hospitals in India and Nigeria provide comprehensive care from routine consultations to complex surgeries, always at no cost to patients. In Mississippi, our medical centre offers free primary and specialist care, including imaging services such as X ray, ECG and MRI, for underserved communities.

Through wellness centres, mobile medical units and community outreach, we provide screenings, chronic disease management and health education in rural India, indigenous and refugee communities in Australia, underserved communities in Malaysia and the Middle East, and vulnerable groups in Africa and Latin America.
These programmes range from health camps and vaccination support to yoga, mental‑health sessions and lifestyle education.

A life transformed
At age 7, Avlin from Fiji was diagnosed with two holes in her heart. Her parents feared not just for her health, but for the crushing medical bills they thought would follow.
At our Sanjeevani Heart Hospital in Suva, Avlin received free surgery from an international team of experts.
"This place is like no other. It felt more like a beautiful hotel than a hospital," Avlin said.
Today, once too weak to play, she dreams of becoming a heart surgeon herself.
"They saved my life here, and I want to do the same for others."

Whether it's a child born with a heart defect in the Pacific Islands, a mother in rural India, or an uninsured family in Mississippi, we provide world-class care completely free. Sixteen hospitals across five countries serving one global family.
