About

Sai Prema Foundation is a registered charitable trust founded in Fiji in 2016 (Registration No. 1198). It is the South Pacific representative of the One World One Family Mission and holds the distinction of operating the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Heart Hospital the first and only specialised paediatric cardiac facility in the entire South Pacific region.

Its mission is to serve the poor, underprivileged, and needy through Medicare, Educare, and Sociocare initiatives transforming lives through selfless love and service. Working in close collaboration with the Sanjeevani Hospital network in India, the Foundation brings the ‘Zero-Cost’ healthcare model to international shores, ensuring that life-saving treatment is never out of reach because of geography or financial circumstance.

The Foundation has been recognised by the Fiji Government and international bodies for excellence in community service.

What We Do

Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children’s Heart Hospital

A state-of-the-art facility providing 100% free heart surgeries to children from Fiji and neighbouring Pacific Island nations. International surgical teams from the USA, Australia, and India collaborate with local staff to deliver world-class paediatric cardiac care to communities that would otherwise have no access to it.

Sai Prema Medical Centre

A high-technology diagnostic and primary care facility in Suva offering free consultations, dental clinics, and specialised care. The Centre bridges the gap between world-class diagnostics and underserved communities who need it most.

Children’s Heart Screening Centre

Fiji’s first dedicated centre for early detection of Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), using advanced echocardiography to identify at-risk children before their condition becomes life-threatening. Early detection enables timely, life-saving intervention.

Be the Change – Sociocare

A suite of community-facing programmes including ‘Health on Wheels’ rural medical camps that bring healthcare directly to remote villages; the Sai Prema Blood Drive, which has grown into Fiji’s largest private blood collection agency; and regular food ration distribution for vulnerable families.
