Each nominee is reviewed by a Selection Committee of distinguished leaders, who assess achievement, lasting impact and the character with which that impact was achieved.

The Committee’s role is to uphold a single standard: to honour leaders whose work strengthens institutions, uplifts communities and serves humanity.

The award cannot be applied for, and there is no fee to be considered.
